These terms govern your use of forestvaleshop.com and purchases from FORESTVALE, operated by FORESTVALE ADVENTURE LLC.
Using Our Store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have appropriate authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with its operation.
Products and Descriptions
Product pages describe the items offered, their specifications and the contents included in each purchase. Equipment used as a photographic prop is not included unless expressly listed.
Screen settings may affect displayed colors. This does not excuse material differences between the product supplied and its description.
Use products according to the supplied instructions and stated compatibility. Do not use an item for climbing, fall protection or another safety-critical purpose unless it is expressly designed and appropriately rated for that use.
Prices and Payment
All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. Displayed product prices include applicable sales tax. Standard delivery to eligible addresses is free, with no minimum purchase.
The total payable is displayed before you submit your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Prices may change for future orders. We will not apply a later price increase to an accepted order.
Orders
An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. We may need to verify payment, delivery eligibility or product availability before accepting and fulfilling it.
If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not charge a higher amount or substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund for the canceled items.
We may refuse orders where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unlawful activity or delivery restrictions. Such decisions will not override applicable consumer protections.
Delivery
We ship from the United States to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.
Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days. Transit normally takes another 3–5 business days after shipment. See our Shipping Policy for exclusions, cut-off times, tracking and delay procedures.
If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide the option to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel for a full refund.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery, including for change of mind, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
We pay eligible return and exchange shipping costs and do not charge restocking or return handling fees. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.

Website Content
Content owned by us or our licensors, including original text, graphics and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce it commercially without permission or another lawful basis.
Shopify and External Services
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and other providers process information to operate the store and complete transactions, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Where enabled, Shopify Enhanced Services may use information about interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Providers may process information in other countries, subject to applicable requirements.
Third-party websites linked from our store have their own terms and privacy practices.
Liability and Consumer Rights
We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, lawful remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. Any website interruption does not remove our obligations concerning orders already placed.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and Kentucky law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law that applies to them.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not restrict your right to contact a regulator or pursue a legal remedy available to you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing order.
