Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving your purchase from FORESTVALE. We accept change-of-mind returns and returns of damaged, defective or incorrect products.

Return conditions

For change of mind, items must be unused, unwashed and complete with supplied parts and accessories. Include original packaging where reasonably possible. These conditions do not remove rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Start a return

Email support@forestvaleshop.com with your order number, items concerned and refund or exchange preference. For a product problem, include a description and photographs where possible. Contact us before posting so we can provide a prepaid return label and instructions, including the dispatch deadline.

Return costs

We cover eligible return shipping, including change-of-mind returns, and approved exchange shipping. We charge no restocking, return handling or exchange fee. Contact us before buying postage so we can provide a prepaid method. Retain your dispatch receipt.

Refunds

We notify you of the inspection outcome and initiate approved refunds within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Refunds go to the original payment method and include the amount paid for the returned goods and applicable tax. Your bank may need additional time to display the credit. We will explain any refusal and do not make unexplained deductions.

Damage, defects and incorrect items

Contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund without additional shipping costs. Photographs help where available but are not an automatic prerequisite to legal rights. Mandatory rights are not limited to the 30-day change-of-mind period.

Exchanges and cancellations

Exchanges depend on availability; any price difference requires agreement. Request cancellation before shipment. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel and initiate a full refund within 3 business days. Once shipped, the return process applies.
